Britany J. M. McElroy serves as the Director of Strategy supporting enterprise strategic advancement. Since joining Mayo Clinic in July 2012, Britany has helped Mayo Clinic navigate complex challenges to ensure patients are able to receive premier care.She held the role of Operations Administrator for the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology and the Office of Access Management. She served as the Site Director for the Administrative Fellowship Program and commonly mentors aspiring healthcare professionals.

Britany believes in continuous refinement of her leadership capabilities. Most recently, she earned a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Britany was co-developer and instructor for the Six Sigma Green Belt course at Arizona State University in the College of Health Solutions. She earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and prior to that a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Britany is excited to see the growth of the healthcare community in Arizona through the establishment of the Arizona National Association of Health Service Executives (NAHSE) in which she previously served as treasurer. She is a member of the ElevateMed Advisory Board, Coalition of Blacks Against Cancer leadership team, and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona Board.
