About Jarrod:
Jarrod brings a person-focused philosophy to leadership and life. As CEO of Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), he works collaboratively with the IEHP Governing Board to set the strategic vision and provide executive leadership for one of the 10 largest Medicaid health plans and the largest not-for-profit Medicare-Medicaid Plans in the U.S. He cultivates IEHP’s strong partnership with providers, hospitals and hundreds of community partners to deliver quality whole-person care to more than 1.4 million members. Jarrod currently serves as the 2024 Board Chair for Local Health Plans of California and chair of Manifest MedEx, the largest Health Information Exchange in California.

You Might Not Know: In recognition of Jarrod’s distinguished career and leadership in the health care field and the community, University of La Verne awarded him the honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree in 2021. In 2022, he received the Ann and Steve Morgan Leopard of the Year award, the university’s most prestigious alumnus recognition. Additionally, Jarrod is an accomplished musician, with two albums. He is also a private pilot.
