Wes Saade, MD

Co-founder & Managing Partner of TotalCare

Dr. Wes Saade is the co-founder and a managing partner of TotalCare, a healthcare organization in the Dallas/Fort Area.  TotalCare has fourteen sites serving the DFW area in different healthcare specializations including Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Free-standing Emergency Medicine, and psychiatry. Under Dr. Saade’s leadership, TotalCare grew from one clinic and 10 staff members in 2006, to now having almost 500 employees including 80 physicians.  TotalCare has a global footprint operating a mission clinic in Eldoret, Kenya, and having 140 staff members in Rabieh, Lebanon—a team that provides billing and other support functions to the US and Kenya operations. 

Dr. Saade received his undergraduate degree in biology at Texas Christian University, medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.

Dr. Saade has authored and published two books, 40 Treasures from Forty Years of Wisdom and Healthy Leadership and has written over 400 leadership articles for www.wesmd.com. He speaks on leadership topics for other organizations and events, and has conducted several leadership conferences. 

Personal development, organizational leadership, and missions work are central to Dr. Saade’s passions, both in his personal and professional pursuits. He is the Vice Chairman of Buckner International Board of Trustees, a Board member of Hope Literacy, and Christian Alliance Institute of Theology in Beirut, Lebanon. Dr. Saade also serves as President of the DFW chapter of Health Outreach to the Middle East. He has traveled abroad to Egypt, Mauritania, Kenya, and Lebanon for medical mission trips.

Dr. Saade emigrated to the US with his family at the age of 14 from Beirut Lebanon. Today, together with his wife, Joanne, he makes his home in Crowley, Texas with their three young children: Danny, Emily, and Luke. Dr. Saade infuses his personal interests into his life as a life-long pianist and avid reader and writer. He also greatly enjoys cycling and traveling
